Corvallis Zillow trends 3.1.2014If the trend continues, Corvallis, Oregon home prices will continue to rise over the spring and summer months. Housing statistics show that the Corvallis home prices have increased 7% over the last 12 months.

 The number of active listings is 171 with the median Days on Market being 74. The number of listings grew 30.02% from the previous month.
